History has been made tonight by approving the biggest health policy changes in four decades! The U.S. House of Representatives approved a sweeping healthcare reform bill on Saturday. Health Care Bill vote results: 220-215 vote. It only needed 218 votes for passage.

Of the 258 Democrat House members, Democrats sided with Republicans and voted against the Health Care Bill. The lone Republican to vote in favor of it was first-term Representative Anh Joseph Cao of Louisiana.

This is a big night for President Barack Obama!
